The most common problems I work with are depression, anxiety, self-worth, trauma, and spiritual identity.

I use a variety of approaches based on applied science and the specific needs of the client(s) and her or his situation. I support and work within the values of the client in a positive psychological framework. The spectrum of concerns may include physical, mental, emotional, social, or spiritual domains.
